This is a wonderful playful yet informative class that helps you understand that your body has it's own energy system. Everything is energy, including us! We learn about the 7 major chakras of the physical body, their purpose, and how to have them balanced and working in harmony.

Come Join me for a day of play and create a personalised intention filled Art Journal extraordinaire, as we explore the many stories that make up your life.
​
This inspired method, created by Intentional Creativity Teacher Catt Gallar, kicks out your Inner Mean Girl and lets your free expression REIGN! During this class you will create a "one of a kind" Cosmic Smashbook Art Journal. This unique method of journaling is freeing, fun and can go as deep as you want or need. We explore multiple methodologies and mediums which give you access to true freedom of expression.
