In this world of "busyness" and "doing" we often forget to slow down enough to "be", and celebrate our Divine Feminine essence. My invitation to you, is to join me for this playful and experiential workshop where we make our own sacred container of mystery and magic.

A Cosmic Smash-Book is a mash up between traditional art journals and Intentional Creativity ®. Developed by Catt Z Gellar, this style of book offers a great way to create, process and blend story, art and magic into a cohesive container of intention, curiosity, hopes and dreams. It offers a method of self-reflection and self-inquiry that gathers aspects of wisdom that you may not have experienced before. This is an opportunity for you to have fun, get messy and create from the "inside out". and is a truly magical way to engage in artistic self discovery to find the true inner voice of your creative soul.

No art experience is necessary, as I will guide you through the process of creating your own unique book, offering you insightful inquiries designed to give you access to your own inner wisdom.

All you need yo do is bring an open heart and a willingness to to play.. and curiosity for the magic of writing, painting and other mixed media fun. Come spend the day playing and discover your own magic and bring your creative soul to life as a reminder and celebration of your beautiful self.
